TJ Waconia Pays Their Bills?

This is how Jon helped us out if he could? By sending bad checks.
Jon is that your signature or did someone force you to send out bad checks? I assume that is not your fault either?
Keep the rent they did.

"Investigater?"

I am sure the InvestigatOR was as impressed with your spelling as I am.

The check Victim T posted sure seems to prove that payments were made. At least until that NSF came up (assuming that wasn't PhotoShopped).

"He hardly went back MANY times. There were two townhouses at the same time...that is it."

You said many times on the Halloween thread that you were stuck with the taxes, water bills, etc. and that you were trying to sell the "properties" (plural).
Are you still claiming that all of what you were referring to was all about the two (one-time) townhouse deal?

The check you posted does not list a property address and $995 does seem like a low amount for two townhouses to charge for rent.
What address was that check for?

MAX SENTENCES!

The following was quoted from www.kare11.com:

"In fact, residents were notified of the foreclosure earlier this year.
They knew the future was uncertain. But residents says they were under the impression the financial institution that now owns the buildings would let them live there until spring.
They don't even know who to send rent checks to anymore."

How does that make sense? They don't know who to send rent checks to so, who told them they would be able to live rent-free until spring? Further, WHY would anyone tell them that?

"Residents say because they're not getting their damage deposits back, they have no money for new damage deposits and moving expenses for new apartments. They say it's also hard to find apartments that accept pets like these buildings did."

Guess what? They wouldn't have been able to use their damage deposit towards a new apartment anyway. Why is that?
Landlords have up to 30 days after a resident moves, to return the damage deposit.

I can't believe residents are saying they have to have damage deposit money to be able to move while they have not been paying rent in months.

Two does mean "plural" you idiot! You must have worked for them LOL!!

I would not consider a payment made until it was actually worth something. My god are you stupid.

P.S.

How do you know they were not still sending the rent checks to the scum. They sure keep many other rent checks after foreclosing on properties.

You are a COLD SOB!!

I will make sure Kare 11 is aware of this website to see just how cold they are. I will also be making a personal phone call. I would love to give an interview on what they did to my family.

The more bad press coverage they get, maybe they will get more time.

Straight from the Kare 11 website:
"But residents says they were under the impression the financial institution that now owns the buildings would let them live there until spring. That's until their water was shut off on Christmas Eve."
The financial institution that now owns the building, so doesn't that mean that TJ does not own the building anymore?

Probably, the bank doesn't let you keep the real estate when you stop making the mortgage payments. Just another foreclosed T&J property. I wonder how much money they made on that one before they once again walked away.

Just like hundreds of others, they stopped making the mortgage payments, utilities bills, etc. But kept collecting the rent until they got caught.

Todays Sermon: Arrogance

They are so arrogant in their denial of the severe harm they have caused the innocent.

Jeremiah 13:15

Hear and pay attention, do not be arrogant, for the LORD has spoken.

Perhaps former CityWide Property Manager "Ronnie Franklin" would like to weigh in on the payment practices that stem from all of this? Anyone know how to get ahold of him???
