Per the request of IPD, I have removed my comments as it relates to their site. Not because they threatened to sue this blog, but becuase knowing what it is like to be a victim I would never want to cause harm to anyone.

I am the other half of Victim T, her husband. It is “our” money they stole…I do not understand the relevance of this concern. My wife has been nothing but supportive through this entire ordeal…we are a team and will run this marathon together.
As for our assets, we worked and saved for everything we have. Unlike you we did not rob and pillage our friends and family for everything we own (I use this term loosely). Did you not read the judgment against you in our case? The facts speak for themselves.
At least our assets will not have yellow tape wrapped around them soon.

In regard to how much time Johnny Northside puts into these blogs... it's funny how people measure time or, more accurate, mis-estimate or exaggerate.
A few minutes or not more than an hour messing around on the internet, yet because of the impact of the words on their precious feelings--or to discourage further activity--people will stupidly assert somebody is putting "their life" or "hours and hours" into a blog and should go do something else.
If I have the address of a property, it only takes minutes-- MERE MINUTES, FOLKS-- to get to the proper county website and dig up the tax and valuation information. It is not a long or difficult process.
I guess some folks can't type... very... fast... and that is how they measure time put into blogs, based on their own undeveloped typing skills, not to mention how easy it is to copy and paste.
You don't think I went and TYPED all that tax info about the condo, now do ya? Ha.

Anger is understandable, but a "blood feud" which even involves small children is, in my opinion, wrong. Children can't help who they were born to, and children--in particular little bitty children-- should just be kept out of the discussion by both sides.
Think of it like...warfare. There are rules of common decency in warfare. Both sides should agree children are non-combatants and should not be involved.

That's not true. I'm just an "involved bystander" who loves digging up stuff about mortgage fraud because the topic fascinates me. I started out bargain hunting for a house, then got totally into this topic.
Now I won't go away.
In regard to another topic... everybody knows Johnny Northside is no fan of Balko/Helgason and I'm on the side of the victims, totally.
However, as something of an objective outsider...and as somebody who has probably taken more classes on the subject of "ethics" than anybody else on this blog...
I say leave the kids out of it. No gloating about college funds, no speculating on genes, just leave the kids out of it. Kids can't help who they were born to. Genes don't make you guilty of anything. Leave the kids out of it...especially since there are kids on all sides and you wouldn't want the other side slinging words at YOUR kids.
To whoever wrote this last blog, all of the things you wrote about IPD, Wagner Lending, and Fortress Management are incorrect and slanderous, YOU ARE A LIAR!!! Fortress doesn't even have a website jackass. IPD, Fortress and wagner have nothing to do with those other guys. As I'm sure you know due to your great legal knowledge, stating untrue items about others can and will have legal ramifications as we have already forwarded this to our attorney. Stating an apology and retraction may help, but I doubt it. IF you think you can just lump other people into the same pile as those two just to make you feel better, you are mistaken. We consider this a VERY serious matter and will be proceeding with all legal rights afforded us and our business. While you may have some problems with two other guys, you have nothing with us, don't know us, and are just spewing things of which you know nothing about. You have 24 hrs to remove and apologize, know that we may still see fit to move forward legally. Thank you for the proof, it should make for a quick settlement.

I am neither a family member or someone that was wronged, I am a business owner that was contacted by an associate searching for our company and found this. All I know is that when I called Complete Mortgage and asked to talk to someone about a mortgage, some woman called me back from Wagner Lending...that is how I found you. That is why I said you used the same "vendors"?? Are they not the same? As for Fortress Management....send me a different website that shows that they are a property management company and not an off-shore assets management company and I will apologize. But I would let them know that when I originally "goggled" them it came up as a company that helps you move your assets off shore. Now it just comes up as a website under construction, but you can still find the Panama connection.

When you say IPD does not do LLC's...why does it state on the front of your web page that "Clients have access to services through strategic partners like: Creation of LLC's??
Anyhow, just looking for information on TJ LLC's/ Helgason/Balko...where their money might be.

First, the blog cannot be sued, the individual writing the blog can be for slander. All public notice is regarded as slander if it states incorrect facts or unproven opinion as derogatory to another, moron.
Second, Wagner Lending WAS in the same building as Complete Mortgage-they no longer are. I am sure someone referred/asked someone from their company to call you because they were a mortgage company in the building. To my knowledge Complete Mortgage no longer exists and for the most part were shut down late 2007. I can say with 100% certainly that Wagner Lending is in no way associated with them or their company. I think you might be assuming things in hopes of uncovering hidden plots, but in the process you are just going to hurt innocent individuals, much like you claim to be yourself-innocent being harmed by other individuals.
Third, not one of the metioned companies is located in the same building.
Forth, concerning LLC's, Attorney's that IPD refers clients to write the LLC's which should seem obvious if you read it correctly.
Fifth, your intention was nothing but to discredit those companies, again, lieing. In fact, you suggeted that IPD is where those guys "moved their money", this obviously suggests being in business together.
Sixth, IPD has used over a dozen lenders in 2007 and will continue to use those lenders that do a quality, honest, fair priced job.
Seventh, slandering someone is not "looking for information", harm was intended, as is consistant with the rest of the blog and the tone of that thread.
I promise you that civil court moves much faster than the federal govt. epecially when there is simple written proof.
One more thing, slander is not held to just the individual that starts it, it applies to all that repeat it.
This is my third thread and should I decided to write again, I will label as fourth since others may appea to be me.
If somebody is able to come right on the blog and post their own views and their own purported facts, it seems pretty hard to argue somebody else has committed "slander" with the original posting.
Furthermore, a posting which wonders aloud, speculates, worries about whether connections might exist based on something like proximity is hardly the same as saying "X did Y to Z, for sure, and I have proof."
This is just another example of how anything TJ Waconia touched or might be associated with (even by proximity in the same office building) becomes a subject for reasonable fear and objective worry in the eyes of reasonable persons.
If I knew a business shared an office with the "No. 1 Civic Villain" in the Twin Cities, I would think once, twice, three times about doing business with that entity, for the same reason I would hesitate to buy a house on a street where a murder was committed. And I can say that. There, I just said it.

I've actually been to the seminar in search of connections, and got a one on one with them. They actually stress that this is not a deal where you make cash, they stress cash flow and long term money, when I asked about rehabs and walking with money they said they wouldn't do either. Checked their website, even says on it "get rich slow". That meeting was a year ago so don't know what they're doing now, but website does say "get rich slow" so maybe they are sticking with it. Oh well
Kristin Wagner of Wagner Lending was one of the primary Loan Officers for Complete Mortgage before it was shut down. That is most likely why when Complete Mortgage was called the call was returned by someone with Wagner Lending.
Also, Investors Warehouse, a a now defunct business Tom and Jon both were involved with, appears to have morphed into what is now IPD with all the main characters staying the same minus Tom and Jon.
(Its also interesting that IPD is not a licensed real estate company yet likes to look like it is.)
